William P. Mann - $50 fine for leaning back in the race bike before and after the three quarter pole, while driving #1 Seminary Ridge in race 12. 4/5/2008
Brian E. Burton - 3 day suspension from driving (4/9/2008 thru 4/11/2008.) While driving #1 Moody's Magic in race 9, Mr. Burton bore out in the stretch causing interference with #5 Callmecowboy. 4/5/2008
Franklin D. Milby - $100 fine for failing to keep a line in each hand, before the quarter pole, while driving #6 Electric Ace in race 3. 4/5/2008
Franklin D. Milby - $150 fine. While driving #1 Bootmaker in race 5, Mr. Milby let his horse bear out after the half mile, allowing #4 West Star Journey to pass inside and improve his position. 3/29/2008
William P. Mann - $100 fine for failure to drive in two races when programmed. 3/28/2008
Donnie E. Russell - $50 fine for leaning straight back in the race bike after the three quarter pole while driving #1 Readbetweenthelines in race 8. 3/28/2008
John W. Wagner - $100 fine for kicking after the three quarter pole while driving #4 Our Rotten Ruby in race 6. 3/28/2008
Christopher Lee Offutt - $150 fine. While driving #2 Mountain Breez, in race 8, Mr. Offutt stepped on the wheel of #1 Four Starz Eye Van , after the three quarter pole, causing his horse to make a break. 3/21/2008
Luis Alberto Porfilio - 3 day driving suspension, 3/19/2008 thru 3/21/2008. While driving #6 Graceful Art, in race 6, Mr. Porfilio pulled late before the half mile and bore out in the stretch causing interference with #5 Kadillakakak in both instances. 3/14/2008
James Fortna - 3 day driving suspension, 2/27/2008 thru 2/29/2008. While driving #3 Gaje, in the 12th. race, Mr. Fortna ran up on #7 Allamerican Quorem after the half mile pole, causing interference among trailing horses. 2/27/2008
William Mann - $50.00 fine for failing to drive when programmed in race 4. 2/16/2008
Sean Bier - $100.00 fine for failing to drive in multiple races. 2/8/2008
Donnie Russell - $50.00 fine. While driving #5 Nuke The Popcorn, in race 2, Mr. Russell drifted into the passing lane while in the lead impeding the progress of #8 Good Long Life. 2/8/2008
