Group Sales Guidelines

1. Call to reserve your date.

2. Contract and Deposit
   50% Deposit is due upon signature of contract to:
   Willy K’s at Rosecroft
   Attention: Catering Department
   6336 Rosecroft Drive
   Fort Washington, Maryland 20744
   No bookings will be considered valid until deposit and signed contract is received.
3. Final Confirmations
   Final guest count confirmation must be made 5 days prior to event. The group will be responsible for the guaranteed amount confirmed and any additional guests.
4. Sponsored Races
   Each group will receive a sponsored race package, which includes their name, or group name printed in the program as well as on our lighted toteboard and by our track announcer to say "Thank you" for your patronage. You and approximately 15 of your guests will also be escorted by guest services to the Winner’s Circle for your Photograph with the Winning Horse of your sponsored race to commemorate your "Night at the Races:" Additional photographs available at a cost of $10.00 each.
5. Banquet & Meeting Spaces
   John Hanson Room
   Private open room at the finish line accommodating up to 60 guests, minimum of 25
   Offering Private mutuel teller
   West Side Lounge
   Private glassed in room located on third floor accommodating up to 100 guests, minimum of 50
   Offering private mutuel teller and private restrooms for your guests.
   Banquet Area
   Large open space located on third floor accommodating up to 600 guests, minimum of 100
   Large bar
   Terrace Dining
   Reserved seating in our dining room overlooking the racetrack
   Waitress service
6. Room Rentals
   Fees for private functions based on number of guests and menu selected
